Launch of UG eForm System

To enhance the overall efficiency and to provide a more pleasant user experience, the Faculty Office will be launching an eForm system for the processing of UG-related application forms online.
The system will be rolled-out in phases. At phase 1, the following eForms will be made available effective 2nd September 2024:
- Application for Leave of Absence
- Application for Credit Overload / Underload
- Application for Exemption from Taking Chinese Language Course
You can access the eForm system via the HKU portal login at: https://eform.engg.hku.hk/. Going forward, all applications related to the three aforementioned forms should be submitted online. Please note that there will be a transitional period from 2nd to 30th September 2024 during which both online and paper applications will be accepted.
