Individual Seat Reservation for the HKU IMSE 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner

As mentioned in the previous emails, our 50th anniversary Gala Dinner is scheduled on March 22, 2024 (Friday). We invite you to join us for an evening of memories and achievements.

Event Details:

Date: March 22, 2024 (Friday)

Time: 6:00pm - 10:30pm

Venue: Loke Yew Hall, The University of Hong Kong

The selling period for VIP Tickets and Early Bird Tickets* will start on January 2, 2024 (Tuesday). To purchase tickets for the event, please visit the event link below on the HKU Online Payment System (OPS) by January 31, 2024 (Wednesday): (*VIP Ticket holders reserve seats of the VIP Tables, while Early Bird Ticket holders secure seats of the regular tables with an early bird discount.)

HKU staff, students and retirees can login the HKU OPS by using their HKU Portal ID with Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, while external users need to make user registration before making purchase and payment.

Depending on the availability of seats, we may start selling Regular Tickets from February 1, 2024 (Thursday). A separate email will be broadcasted later.
